目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选择54例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予抗感染、保肝以及补液维持水与电解质平衡治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药大柴胡汤治疗。结果总有效率对照组为62.96%,治疗组为92.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎具有较好的临床效果,并且无明显不良反应,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods 54 patients with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given anti-infective, hepatoprotective and fluid maintenance water and electrolyte balance treatment. The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu Tang on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was 62.96% in the control group and 92.59% in the treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cholecystitis has a good clinical effect, and no obvious adverse reactions, it is worth in the clinical promotion and use.
