报道了以MIBI冻干药盒制备~(99m)Tc—MIBI的反应热力学研究。结果表明,~(99m)Tc—MIBI的制备反应为吸热反应,反应热ΔH为339.2kJ/mol,升高反应温度时,~(99m)Tc—MIBI的标记率也提高。为使~(99m)Tc—MIBI的标记率大于90%,反应温度必须高于77℃。
The thermodynamic study of ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI with MIBI freeze-dried kit was reported. The results showed that the reaction of ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI was endothermic and the reaction heat ΔH was 339.2 kJ / mol. The labeling rate of ~ (99m) Tc-MIBI also increased when the reaction temperature increased.
