哈尔滨轧钢厂94年以前生产∠2.5-∠6.3等边角钢孔型采用:立椭—闭口平底切分—蝶式孔型系统。为保证顶角充满良好,切分孔采用大压下量,因宽量较大,使来料不得不小于切分孔宽度。最大达3.15mm。从而使切分对称性受到影响,成品腿长对称时有波动。切分孔负荷较大。为此我们试验用原平底切分孔后的第一个蝶式孔做切分孔,前面配置与新切分孔等宽的立菱孔,取得了良好的效果。改进前后切分孔见图1。
