In the 1970s, some young Americans in the United States launched “Earth Day” activities to protect the Earth’s ecological environment. A high school student wearing faded jeans and a T-shirt and a baseball cap is speaking on environmental issues. The audience sat in New York Martin Luther King High School thousands of secondary students. In a warm applause, the small speaker exhaustively cited a series of ecological disasters, sounds dizzy. The high school student named Sol Solomon, from Santa Monica, California. He joined YES, a youth environmental group set up in California two years ago. The three letters are “Youth, Ecology, Strong”
