在管道输水工程前期,除了要考虑输水线路、取水、泵站设置、运行维护管理等因素,最重要的是选择管道的材质。随着工程技术、新型材料的发展,加上大量引进国外先进技术设备,为输水工程管道材质的选择提供了更多的余地。常用的输水管道有钢管、铸铁管、预应力混凝土管、PVC塑料管、PE塑料管、玻璃钢复合管等。本文对各种管材的技术经济性能进行了对比,并提出了不同条件下的管材最优选择方案。
In the pipeline project early, in addition to consider the water lines, water, pumping station settings, operation and maintenance management and other factors, the most important thing is to choose the pipe material. With the development of engineering technology and new materials, coupled with the large amount of foreign advanced technology and equipment, it has provided more room for the selection of pipeline materials for water conveyance projects. Commonly used water pipe pipe, cast iron pipe, prestressed concrete pipe, PVC plastic pipe, PE plastic pipe, FRP composite pipe. In this paper, the technical and economical performance of all kinds of pipes are contrasted, and the optimum choice of pipe under different conditions is put forward.
