加强企业经济改革中的思想政治工作,是一项十分重要而迫切的任务。上海工业系统的许多工厂企业根据党中央、国务院已经确定的城市经济改革的各项措施,结合本单位的实际,认真开展了思想政治工作,把广大干部、群众的思想统一到改革的方针、政策上来,出现了想改革、议改革、提建议、以实际行动投身改革的新气象。怎样加强改革中的企业思想政治工作?据笔者了解,一些企业的做法主要有以下几点: 一、有的放矢,教育干部、群众正确认识改革的目的、意义和改革的内容。
