柴河林业局第一小学建校40年来已培养近15万名毕业生。近年来,学校在全面贯彻党的教育方针,从应试教育向素质教育方面进行了认真而全面的探索。在培养目标上为适应现代社会发展的需要,在学生中开展了学会做人、学会生活、学会学习、学会劳动的“四学”活动,从而为培育德智体美劳全面发展的“四有”新人做出了贡献。已在教育战线奋斗了30余年的柴河林业局第一小学校长唐敏是中共优秀党员、特级教师。她带领一小教职工艰苦奋斗,无私奉献,不断探索,多年来在育人上取得了丰硕成果。他们连续10年获林业局先进单位、先进党支部称号;1992年荻省教委颁发的《标准化小学》证书、1993年被省教委命名为“全面贯彻教育方针全面提高教育质量”先进单位;1995年被省森工总局命名为十佳明星校办企业;1996年荻省森工总局文明单位称号;同年被省教育系统指定为电化教育实验学校。唐敏校长本人也多次获全局先进工作者标兵、“三八”红旗手、优秀党员、省级支持少先队工作的好校长等光荣称号。

In 1992, they were awarded the “Standard Primary School” by Di Di Provincial Education Commission. In 1993, they were named as “advanced unit of comprehensively implementing education policy and improving education quality” by the Provincial Board of Education. The provincial Senate was named the top ten celebrity school-run enterprises in 1996 Di Industry Bureau of the provincial civilized unit title; the same year by the provincial education system designated as the electrochemical education experimental school. Principal Tang Min himself won the glorious title of “Global Advanced Worker”, “Red Flag” of March 38, and outstanding party member, and a good principal who supported the work of Young Pioneers at the provincial level.
