在安装此种振动筛轴承时,外环与轴承外壳孔的配合,如果按零件图公差进行装配,试车往往发热,烧毁轴承。产生原因主要是带锥形的轴承外壳紧固于筛框上时,所产生的弹性收缩变形往往被忽略。为解决这个问题,必须在安装前将轴承外壳孔径适当放大(刮研或改变图纸公差),以抵消弹性收缩的影响。安装后,既达到配合要求,又不影响轴承的径向游隙。轴承外壳孔径放大量不能过大,否则轴承外环在工作过程中发生转动,长期转动会使轴承外环发热退火而过早磨损,轴承外壳内径容易磨大,更换频繁而增大检修工作量。
