据中国财政部官员表示,虽然完善企业经营者激励机制的重点在于建立长期激励机制,但是对于股票期权这种形式的使用,一定要慎之又慎。对于垄断行业的企业,其经营者不能搞股票期权,企业经营者的激励机制主要以年薪制来体现。由于中国领导人曾经明确点名批评过一些垄断行业和企业,因此财政部官员的表态,容易给人以这样的联想,这些被点名的垄断行业中的企业,可能会被禁止搞股票期权。
