目的:建立测定黄藤素注射液中盐酸巴马汀含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用岛津shim-pack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,4.6μm)柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(32:68);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:345 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸巴马汀在9.2~45.8μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.8%(n=6)(RSD=0.27%)。结论:本法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于黄藤素注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride in flavescens injection. METHODS: Shimadzu shim-pack VP-ODS (150mm×4.6mm, 4.6μm) columns were used; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (32:68); flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1; Wavelength: 345 nm; Column temperature: 30°C. Results: There was a good linear relationship between palmatine hydrochloride in the range of 9.2 to 45.8 μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8% (n=6) (RSD=0.27%). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of flavonoid injection.
