OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-tumor effects of fusions of spleen-derived dendritic cells (sDCs) and tumor cells in BALB/c mice. METHODS: BALB/C mice were immunoactivated with inactivated NS1 cells, sDCs were fused with NS1 myeloma cells, and fusion cells were selected; the fusion cells were used as tumor vaccines to immunotherapy subcutaneous NS1 tumor-bearing mice 2 Times, interval 1 week. Results: The fused cell tumor vaccine itself was not tumorigenic. After tumor-bearing mice were treated with fused cell tumor vaccine, their tumors disappeared and no tumor metastasis or recurrence occurred within 60 days of the observation period. CONCLUSION: The fusion of spleen-derived dendritic cells with NS1 cells in tumor-bearing mice immunized tumor-bearing mice and stimulated their anti-NS1 tumor effects in vivo.
