1959年以来,国内很多试验研究单位和厂矿企业对圆弧曲线锥齿轮进行了试验研究和试制工作。试验研究的初步结果表明:与渐开线曲线锥齿轮相较,圆弧曲线锥齿轮的强度有不同程度的提高,对噪音有不同程度的改善。我们可以将渐开线曲线锥齿轮和圆弧曲线锥齿轮看作是并列的两种圆锥齿轮类型;在冕轮(或称冠轮)的法向原始齿廓上看,前者是直线形,后者是圆弧形。各种类型锥齿轮切齿机床的刀具与齿坯有着不同的相对运动关系,不同的相对运动可获得不同纵向齿线的圆锥齿轮。圆弧曲线锥齿轮按纵向齿线可分为:(1)圆弧弧线锥齿轮;(2)圆弧切线锥齿轮;(3)圆弧摆线锥齿轮;(4)圆弧螺线锥齿轮等。本文仅介绍第1种,内容是根据笔者在沈阳、北京、上海等地进行工作的经验整理而成,供读者参考,并希指正。
