“行动导向”教学法是20世纪80年代以来兴起的一种职业教育的新理念和方案,在德国已经被普遍接受和推广,在中国的部分学校也在试行。它是以能力为本位的教学思想,由一系列教学技术所组成,这种方法对于培养人的全面素质和综合能力起着十分重要和有效作用。本文分别介绍了“行动导向”教学法和我院重点建设课程——《机电产品进出口流程》,着重讲述了“行动导向”教学方法中的头脑风暴法、案例分析法、卡片实物展示法、模拟教学法、角色扮演法和项目引导法在该课程中的应用情况。
The “action-oriented” teaching method is a new concept and program of vocational education that has risen since the 1980s. It has been widely accepted and promoted in Germany. Some schools in China are also on trial. It is a competence-based teaching ideology composed of a series of teaching techniques. This method plays an important and effective role in cultivating a person’s overall quality and comprehensive ability. This article separately introduces the “action-oriented” teaching method and the key construction course of our institute - “Electrical Machinery Products Import and Export Process”, focusing on the “action-oriented” teaching method of brainstorming, case analysis, card Physical display method, simulation teaching method, role-playing method and project guidance method in this course.
