目的:优选艾附暖宫胶囊中挥发油的提取及包合工艺。方法:以浸泡时间、提取时间、加水倍数为考察因素,挥发油收率为指标,正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油和β-CD比例、包合温度和包合时间为考察因素,以包合物收率和包合率的综合评分为指标,正交试验优选挥发油包合工艺,并对包合物进行鉴别。结果:优选提取工艺为浸泡1 h,加8倍量水,提取7 h;优选包合工艺为β-CD-挥发油8∶1,包合温度50℃,包合时间1.0 h。结论:优选的提取及包合工艺可行、收率高、适合大生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil in Ai-Fu-Aong Gong capsule. Methods: The soaking time, extracting time and adding multiple of water as the investigation factors, the yield of volatile oil was taken as index, and the extraction process of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal test. The volatile oil and β-CD ratio, inclusion temperature and inclusion time were taken as the investigation factors, Compound yield and inclusion rate of the composite score as an indicator, orthogonal experiment preferred volatile oil inclusion process, and inclusion complex identification. Results: The optimum extraction process was immersion 1 h, 8 times the amount of water, extraction 7 h; preferably inclusion process β-CD-volatile oil 8: 1, inclusion temperature 50 ℃, inclusion time 1.0 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction and inclusion process is feasible, high yield, suitable for large-scale production.
