"点名手术"对医院建设的负面影响

点名手术是指因病需要手术的病人可在副主任医师以上的医生中选择自己认可的主刀医生,并向医院交纳一定的点名费。目前,流行于各大医院的手术“点名费”已由几年前的遮遮掩掩逐渐公开。不可否认,与收受“红包”现象相比,点名手术较规范透明,且对尊重医生的人力资本、扭转医生收入分配不公、增加医生的收入、增强他们的职业责任感以及增强病人对手术成功的信心都有着积极的意义。但是,医院是救死扶伤的场所,全心全意为伤病员服务是医务工作者神圣的职责,运用掌握的精湛的医疗技术为所有患者提供优质服务,保证医疗质量,是每一个医务人员的份内工作, The name surgery refers to patients who need surgery because of illnesses. They can choose their own approved surgeon doctor among doctors of the deputy chief physician and pay a certain nominal fee to the hospital. At present, the surgical “point-call” that is popular in major hospitals has gradually become publicized several years ago. It is undeniable that compared with accepting the “red envelopes” phenomenon, the name surgeries are more transparent and more standardized, and respect the doctor’s human capital, unfair distribution of doctor’s income, increase doctor’s income, increase their professional responsibility, and increase their confidence in the success of the operation. All have positive significance. However, the hospital is a place to save lives, and it is the sacred duty of medical workers to serve the sick and wounded patient wholeheartedly. The use of mastery of superb medical technology to provide quality services to all patients and ensure the quality of medical care is the job of every medical worker.
