2002年6月17日,上海市消防局向全局发出通知,要求各单位认真贯彻执行公安部文件精神,切实加强危险化学品消防安全管理。
On June 17, 2002, the Shanghai Fire Department issued a circular to the whole situation requiring all units to conscientiously implement the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Public Security and conscientiously strengthen the fire safety management of hazardous chemicals.
