目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和碱性纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对室旁核神经元形态发育的影响。方法给出生后小鼠颅内直接注射TNF和bFGF,至1周和1月龄,行Golgi-Kopeh方法显示神经元树突结构。用NTS和Shol分析树突野范围和树突总长度。结果bFGF和TNF低浓度组树野分布均匀,分枝多;树突总长度与对照组和TNF高浓度组相比有显著差异。结论bFGF和TNF是神经发育的诱向性因素之一,促进树突分枝和生长
Objective To investigate the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the morphological development of paraventricular nucleus neurons. Methods After intracranial injection of TNF and bFGF into mice, the Golgi-Kopeh method was used to display the dendritic structure of neurons. Tree dendritic range and total dendritic length were analyzed using NTS and Shol. Results The distribution of dendritic spines in bFGF and TNF low concentration group was more than that in the control group and TNF high concentration group. Conclusions bFGF and TNF are one of the predisposing factors of neurodevelopment and promote dendritic branching and growth
