曾庆友从1990年5月被选为达县景市镇白阳坝村主任以来,凭着对群众的满腔热忱,积极认真从事民事调解工作。9年来,共主持调解纠纷86起,成功率为100%,成功地防止了37起民间纠纷引起的激化事件,全村无积压纠纷、无群众集体上访事件发生,有效地促进了社会稳定和经济发展,白阳坝村多次被县、区、镇评为先进集体,他个人也被县里评为“优秀村干部”、镇“优秀共产党员”、综合治理先进个人。
Zeng Qingyou was chosen as the director of Baiyangba Village in Jingshi Town, Daxian County in May 1990, and sincerely took part in the civil mediation work with enthusiasm for the masses. In the past 9 years, it has held 86 mediation disputes with a success rate of 100%. It successfully prevented the intensified incidents caused by 37 civil disputes. The entire village has no backlog of disputes and no mass petitions have occurred, effectively promoting social stability and economy. Development, Baiyangba village was repeatedly appraised as an advanced collective by county, district and town. He was also appraised as “outstanding village cadre” by the county, “town” “outstanding communist party member”, and comprehensive management of advanced individuals.
