目的探讨急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)斑块性质与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白介素-6(IL-6)及高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的关系。方法选取156例脑梗死患者,根据其颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检测结果将其分为CAS不稳定斑块组、稳定斑块组和无斑块组,同时选取30例健康人作为对照组,对四组人员的MMP-9、IL-6、hsCRP血清水平进行统计比较。结果健康对照组血清MMP-9、IL-6及hsCRP水平明显低于其它三组(P<0.05);而不稳定斑块组水平又明显高于稳定斑块组及无斑块组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 MMP-9、IL-6及hsCRP与CAS的形成及稳定性密切相关,可能是不稳定性斑块的临床标志物,为斑块稳定性评估及干预疗效监测提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the plaque characteristics of carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and hypersensitivity in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) C-reactive protein (hsCRP) relationship. Methods A total of 156 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and divided into CAS unstable plaque group, stable plaque group and no plaque group according to their carotid color Doppler echocardiography. At the same time, 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group, The serum levels of MMP-9, IL-6 and hsCRP in four groups were compared statistically. Results The levels of serum MMP-9, IL-6 and hsCRP in the healthy control group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups (P <0.05), while the level of unstable plaque group was significantly higher than that in the stable plaque group and the non-plaque group (P < 0.05 or <0.01). Conclusion MMP-9, IL-6 and hsCRP are closely related to the formation and stability of CAS, which may be clinical markers of unstable plaques, providing a reliable basis for the assessment of plaque stability and the monitoring of intervention efficacy.
