目的 :研究强心贴联合氟伐他汀对心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者LVEF、NT-proBNP及TG的影响。方法 :选取于2014年5月—2016年7月收治的60例心力衰竭合并糖尿病的患者作为本次研究对象,按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组。两组患者在入组后采取常规治疗,对照组服用氟伐他汀治疗;观察组在此基础上结合强心贴进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,并检测两组患者治疗前后左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左室射血分数(LVEF);总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);血浆N末段脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果 :两组经治疗后观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD明显低于对照组(P<0.05);LVEF明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者NT-proBNP、CRP、HbA1C、TG、TC水平经治疗均明显下降,观察组治疗后NT-proBNP、CRP、HbA1C、TG、TC水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);HDL则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后LDL水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 :强心贴联合氟伐他汀治疗心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者疗效确切,能显著改善患者LVEF、NT-proBNP及TG的水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiangxin Tie combined with fluvastatin on LVEF, NT-proBNP and TG in patients with heart failure complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: From May 2014 to July 2016, 60 patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. Two groups of patients in the group after taking conventional treatment, the control group taking fluvastatin treatment; the observation group on this basis combined with strong heart stickers for treatment. The curative effect after treatment was compared between the two groups. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), total cholesterol (TC) TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, plasma NT-proBNP, HbA1c, C Reactive protein (CRP) levels. Results: The clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, LVEDD and LVESD in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05); LVEF was significantly higher in control group (P <0.05). The levels of NT-proBNP, CRP, HbA1C, TG and TC in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment. The levels of NT-proBNP, CRP, HbA1C, TG and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in LDL level between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Qiangxin Tie and fluvastatin in patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus is effective and can significantly improve the levels of LVEF, NT-proBNP and TG in patients.
