目的:分析并探讨冠心康胶囊与西药的联合疗法在冠心病慢性心力衰竭的治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取80例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者,依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为40例。两组均行西药常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用冠心康胶囊。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,对照组治疗有效率为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心脏左室射血分数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病慢性心力衰竭的治疗中,冠心康胶囊与西药的联合疗法能够显著地优化治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Guanxinkang capsule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease were enrolled in the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were routine Western medicine treatment, on this basis, the observation group plus Guanxin Kang capsule. Results: After treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, the effective rate of control group was 77.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic heart failure with coronary heart disease, the combination therapy of Guanxinkang capsule and western medicine can significantly optimize the therapeutic effect and is worth promoting.
