为了更好地指导日本沼虾的生产,本文对抱卵与非抱卵日本沼虾做了急性毒性试验,比较其安全浓度、半致死浓度及致死浓度。结果表明:(22±2)℃,Cu~(2+)对非抱卵虾24h、48h、96h的LC50分别为0.162mg/L、0.133mg/L、0.108mg/L,Cu~(2+)对抱卵虾24h、48h、96h的LC50分别为0.156mg/L、0.123mg/L、0.104mg/L,抱卵虾对Cu~(2+)的耐受程度更低,半致死浓度、安全浓度较非抱卵虾低4%~8%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着Cu~(2+)浓度增加,时间延长,虾中毒加深,受精卵死亡数增多。
