本文以敦煌藏经洞出土的佛教文献为依据，指出敦煌藏经洞佛教文献对中古佛教研究的意义；介绍了敦煌佛教文献研究的现状，以及敦煌佛教文献对佛教研究的启示，特别论述了吐蕃统治敦煌时期，敦煌佛教的独立发展及其意义。同时还指出了目前研究的不足和今后研究的方向。
Based on the Buddhist documents unearthed in Dunhuang Caves, the author points out the significance of the Dunhuang Cangjing Cave Buddhist literature to the study of the Middle Ages. It also introduces the current situation of Dunhuang Buddhist literature research and the revelation of Dunhuang Buddhist literature on the study of Buddhism. In particular, The Independent Development of Buddhism in Dunhuang during the Rule of Dunhuang and Its Significance. At the same time, it points out the shortcomings of current research and the future research direction.
