农业部科技局和农业工程局于1979年12月中旬在北京召开了蔬菜塑料大棚设计图纸审查会。农业部有关局、20个省、市、自治区的农业部门及有关科研、设计、塑料生产、教学、出版等40多个单位参加了会议。会上,各省代表介绍了建棚经验;对设计图纸进行了认真的讨论,提出了重要修改意见,并研究了今后的工作。科技局和
