在各级党委和政府的重视及领导下，安徽省制定了结合实际的、可操作性强的实施《母婴保健法》的地方性配套法规和规章，组建了执法队伍，加强执法监督，强化对法律证件的管理，依法审批机构和人员；加强了部门间的协作和《母婴保健法》的普法宣传，促进了《母婴保健法》的贯彻实施。
