从外经贸部获悉,《外商投资租赁公司审批管理暂行办法》于9月1日起由外经贸部发布施行。《办法》规定,申请设立融资租赁公司的中国合营者在申请前一年的总资产不得低于4亿元人民币;外国合营者不得低于4亿美元,并具有5年以上的融资租赁从业经验。申请设立的融资租赁公司注册资本不得低于2000万美
It is learned from the MOFTEC that the Interim Measures for the Examination and Approval of Foreign-Invested Leasing Companies shall be implemented by the MOFTEC on September 1. The Measures stipulate that the total amount of assets of Chinese joint venturers applying for the establishment of a financial leasing company shall not be less than 400 million yuan for the year prior to the application. The foreign joint venturers shall not be less than 400 million U.S. dollars and have more than 5 years of experience in financing leasing. . The registered capital of a financial leasing company that is applying for establishment shall not be less than 20 million U.S. dollars
