从1988年开始,根据国家计划委员会计标函(1987)78号文和建设部(88)城标字第141号文通知,由中国建筑科学研究院为主编单位,负责修订GBJ210-83《装饰工程施工及验收规范》。1983年规范是对1973年批准的规范的修订。这次修订,是建国三十多年来,对建筑装饰工程施工规范的一次较全面的修订和技术总结。主要内容是:增加了外墙喷涂、弹涂、滚弹、拉条灰、仿石等装饰抹灰以及装饰外墙板;油漆、刷浆工程;增加了建筑乳胶
Starting from 1988, according to the Circular of the State Planning Commission (1987) No. 78 and the notice of the Ministry of Construction (88) No. 141, the Chinese Academy of Building Research as the chief editor, responsible for the revision of GBJ210-83 “Decoration” Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications. The 1983 specification was a revision of the 1973 approved specification. This revision is a more comprehensive revision and technical summary of the building decoration engineering construction specification for more than 30 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
