1 氧含量分散大的问题 目前世界上大部分粗钢是用氧气顶吹法生产的。自从采用LD炼钢法以来,在精炼过程的控制方面已有了很大的改善。 在这方面主要的手段是原料和控制的最佳化,如软烧石灰的开发与铁水中硅、磷、锰含量的降低以及不断改善技术装备。在技术装备方面特别是由于采用多孔氧枪,复合吹炼法以及副枪技术取得了巨大的进步。最后,由于采用了数据处理设备,从而能够进行准确的加料预算,甚至动态过程控制。

Since adopting the LD steelmaking method, there has been a great improvement in the control of the refining process. The main tools in this regard are the optimization of raw materials and controls, such as the development of soft-fired lime and the reduction of silicon, phosphorus and manganese in hot metal and the continuous improvement of technical equipment. In technical equipment, especially due to the use of porous lance, compound blowing method and sub-gun technology has made great progress. Finally, thanks to the data processing equipment it is possible to carry out accurate dosing budgets and even dynamic process control.
