不管是对于工程造价来说,还是建筑市场以及建筑业发展来说,建设工程管理都是非常重要的.工程造价指的是一项建筑工程从施工一直到建成所有的投产支出费用,包括实际或者是预计在技术劳务市场、土地市场、承包市场以及设备市场等各种交易活动中出现的建筑安装工程所有的价格.建筑工程管理的任务是在项目施工阶段、决策阶段以及承包阶段将建筑工程造价有效的控制在一定范围之中,并且可以充分的对有效资源加以利用,以求经济社会效益达到最大.工程管理在节约国家建设资金、资产投资规模控制等方面有着非常重要的作用.本文主要说明了在工程造价管理角度来说工程管理的重要性,以及工程的各个阶段的管理对工程造价的影响.
