随着改革开放的不断深入,我国经济得到了飞速发展,国家对水利建设也越来越重视,为我国的水利建设迎来了黄金发展机遇,各类水利工程建设不断增多,推动了我国水利建设的发展.然而,我国中小型水利建设仍然存在一些问题,尤其是在工程造价方面,在一定程度上影响了中小型水利工程的建设.因此,应当加强中小型水利工程造价控制,有效节约工程投资,不断优化投资效益.
