保护公民个人信息是一项复杂的系统工程,包括立法、执法、司法等诸多环节,涉及经济、社会、法律等多个领域,不可能“毕其功于一役”。只有构建立体化的多维保护机制,持续强化法律打击,才能为公民个人信息提供更坚实的法治保障。合法保护与合理运用的平衡信息社会无远弗届,公民个人信息作为一项重要资源,其价值正在不断攀升。随着技术进步,原本数量庞杂的个人信息日益成为有规可循的大数据,浪潮般的数字变革为经济社会发展带来更多可能。
The protection of citizens’ personal information is a complicated systematic project that includes many aspects such as legislation, law enforcement and judicature, and involves many fields such as economy, society and law. Only by building a three-dimensional multidimensional protection mechanism and continuously strengthening law crackdown can we provide more solid legal guarantee for citizens’ personal information.
