目的:探讨心理矫治对异常心理整形患者身心疾病的康复作用,说明心理矫治在治愈异常心理患者中的必要性。方法:根据不同的心理发展过程和心理状态将整形患者分3类,对每一类有心理障碍的患者,采取各种不同的方法来进行治疗。用普通心理疗法+整形手术治疗先天畸形患者56例;采用疏通心理+手术治疗后天畸形73例,其中11例精神症性障碍的患者给予适当药物治疗;配合精神科医师系统的治疗了6例要求美容异常心理患者,未施行手术。结果:56例先天畸形异常心理患者均对手术效果满意;后天畸形73例异常心理患者除1例以外均对手术效果满意;6例要求美容异常心理患者心理上得到康复治疗。结论:对异常心理整形患者进行的心理矫治,能达到身心整体康复的作用。
Objective: To explore the psychological rehabilitation of patients with abnormal psychological plastic surgery rehabilitation of patients with mental illness, indicating the psychological correction in the treatment of abnormal psychology in patients with the necessity. Methods: According to different psychological development process and mental state, plastic patients were divided into three categories. For each type of patients with mental disorders, various methods were adopted for treatment. 56 cases of congenital malformations were treated with ordinary psychotherapy and plastic surgery; 73 cases were treated with clear psychology and surgical treatment of postnatal malformations, of whom 11 cases were given proper medication for psychotic disorders; 6 cases were treated with the psychiatrist system Beauty abnormal psychology patients, no surgery. Results: All the 56 patients with congenital anomalies were satisfied with the operation results. 73 cases of abnormal psychoanalysis patients were satisfied with the operation results except for 1 case. Six patients with aesthetic abnormalities were psychologically rehabilitated. Conclusion: Psychological treatment of patients with abnormal psychological plastic surgery can achieve the overall physical and psychological rehabilitation.
