目的对山茶科植物木荷Schima superba茎中化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC等色谱方法进行成分分离,采用NMR、质谱等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从木荷茎中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为camelliagenin A(1)、Al-barrigenol(2)、barringtogenol C(3)、2,6-二甲氧基苯醌(2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone,4)、2,4,6-三甲氧基苯酚(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol,5)、丁香酸(syringic acid,6)、松柏醛(coniferyl aldehyde,7)、丁香醛(syringaldehyde,8)、山柰酚(kaempferol,9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,10)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,11)和acernikol(12)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,除化合物2以外,其他化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from Schima superba stems of Camellia plants. Methods The constituents were separated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. The structures were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the stems of Camellia japonica. They were camelliagenin A (1), Al-barrigenol (2), barringtogenol C (3) and 2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone , 4), 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol (5), syringic acid (6), coniferyl aldehyde (7), syringaldehyde , Kaempferol (9), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), quercetin-3-O -β-D-galactopyranoside (11) and acernikol (12). CONCLUSION The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. All compounds except for compound 2 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
