本文分析了搅拌站废弃泥浆的性质,试验了掺废弃泥浆混凝土的工作性能和力学性能。在此基础上,提出了废弃泥浆的回收利用方法,即:将废弃泥浆作为混凝土生产原材料,以废弃泥浆中水溶液等量取代混凝土拌合水使用,以废弃泥浆中的不溶物(固体颗粒)等量取代水泥使用,且以不溶物的含固取代量为废弃泥浆用量的控制指标,并要求含固取代量不大于2%。
In this paper, the properties of abandoned mud in the mixing plant are analyzed. The working performance and mechanical properties of the abandoned muddy concrete are tested. On this basis, the paper puts forward a method of recycling and disposing of waste mud, namely, using waste mud as raw material for concrete production, substituting equal amount of waste solution in water for concrete to mix with water, using insoluble matter (solid particles) in waste mud, etc. Instead of using cement, the amount of substitution of solid content of insoluble matter is the control index of the amount of waste mud, and the replacement amount of solid is not more than 2%.
