腹氨酸即速尿,又名利尿磺胺、映喃苯氨酸,为非汞剂利尿药,其药理主要抑制亨利氏袢升支对钠的重吸收,而对碳酸酐酶无作用或弱。本品具有作用快而短、疗效高、适应症广、副作用小的特点。本品适用于各种心脏性水肿,肺水肿,肾性水肿,肝硬变腹水,机能障碍或血管壁障碍引起的周围性水肿,以及上部尿道结石的排出。本品有口服片剂;针剂可供肌内或脉注射。
