根据形态学和细胞遗传学特征,水泡状胎块可分为完全性和部分性两类。完全性葡萄胎肉眼可见所有绒毛水肿并缺少胚胎/胎儿或羊膜。几乎所有完全性葡萄胎均为来自父源的二倍体染色体结构,由一个空卵与一个单倍体精子受精后基因组复制,或一个空卵被两个精子受精造成。少数亦有四倍体或嵌合三体结构。部分性葡萄胎则为正常与水肿绒毛并存,并通常同时可见到有胚胎或胎儿。大多数部分性葡萄胎为三倍体,少数为二倍体。本研究着重报告了对部分性葡萄胎的研究资料。部分性葡萄胎的定义为部分绒毛水肿直径≥2mm。
According to morphological and cytogenetic characteristics, blisters can be divided into two types of complete and partial. Complete hydatidiform moles showed all villus edema and absence of embryo / fetus or amniotic membrane. Almost all complete hydatidiform mole are from the parent diploid chromosome structure, by a null egg and a haploid sperm fertilization after the genome duplication, or an empty egg by two sperm fertilization caused. A few also have tetraploid or chimeric trisomy structure. Partial mole is normal and edema coexist, and usually can be seen at the same time embryos or fetuses. Most partial mole of triploid, a few diploid. This study focuses on the research report on partial hydatidiform mole. Partial mole is defined as part of the villus edema diameter ≥ 2mm.
