有机磷农药侵入人体后引起血液胆碱酯酶活性降低,因此,测定胆碱酯酶的活性作为诊断或评价有机磷中毒程度的常用指标。我们根据有机磷对胆碱酯酶抑制作用极为敏感,能在机体神经系统出现反应以前就表现异常这一特性,对喷药人员胆碱酯酶活性动态观察,以期通过其变异情况,提出喷药人员连续喷洒有机磷农药的安全时间,为进一步落实使用有机磷农药预防措施提出根据。
