民办高校教师的发展对民办高校的发展起着至关重要的作用,由于民办高校在高等教育体系中的特殊性,民办高校的教师发展也有其特殊之处。本文在阐释民办高校教师专业发展内涵的基础上,提出其发展的有效途径,以期对民办高校教师的发展和培养提供借鉴。
The development of private university teachers play an important role in the development of private colleges. Due to the particularity of private universities in higher education system, the development of teachers in private universities also has its own special features. Based on the explanation of the connotation of teachers’ professional development in private colleges and universities, this paper puts forward an effective way to develop them, with a view to providing reference for the development and cultivation of teachers in private colleges and universities.
