采用前额扩张皮瓣的方法，为6例鼻缺损的病人进行全鼻再造，供瓣区直接缝合，免除了额都遗留疤痕的缺点，取得满意的效果。认为经过扩张后，皮瓣薄而血运好，更有利于外鼻的塑形。
The method of forehead expansion flap for the six cases of nasal defects in patients with total nasal reconstruction for the valve area of the direct suture, eliminating the amount of all the scar left defects, and achieved satisfactory results. That after the expansion, the flap is thin and blood is good, more conducive to shaping the outer nose.
