2013年春节后上班的第一天,四川省南部红岩子电力有限责任公司(以下简称红电公司)所属的红岩子水电厂职工全傻了眼。三年来,他们一直担心的事情最终还是发生了,2月14日,红电公司的股东之一南部县国有资产经营公司(以下简称国资经营公司)将51.83%的股权转让给了四川巴鼎能源开发有限责任公司(以下简称巴鼎公司)。这意味着,昔日全县人民一直引以为豪的本土盈利企业、纳税大户红电公司不复存在。
