用简单桩冠修复牙体组织大块缺损,不论用哪一种方法,制作周期都比较长,不能满足病人立即修复牙冠缺损的要求,特别是上前牙牙冠大块缺损的患者。自1974年开始,我们利用自凝塑料直接法作桩冠修复,使制作周期缩短至1—1.5小时,病人一次就诊即可完成。经我们初步观察,此种简单桩冠的使用效果与一般简单桩冠无明显差异。虽然在少数病例由于材料和操作上的原因,出现修复体变色现象,但笔者认为本法仍不失为一种简单易行的桩冠制作法,为提供给同道参考,特介绍如下。
