江苏省江阴县“李家班”足球队,在江阴县足球历史上颇有声誉。几十年来,为江阴县开展群众性的足球运动起了积极的推动作用,同时,为省、地、市、县及各企事业单位培养和输送了一批足球运动员,其中有的成了县、地甚至省军区队的主力,代表省地驰骋各地赛场;有的当了教练,正在为江阴县及各企事业单位开展足球运动贡献力量。目前,“李家班”足球队四代同场,组建了以家庭为体系的足球队,全队共十七名队员大都在江阴各企事业单位工作,有的在上海、无锡、丹阳等地任体育教师或其它工作。他们之中大都是县的足球协会会员。年龄最大的是1936平就参加江阴县
