政研会的生命力在于研究,不研究就失去了存在的价值,基层政研会也一样。基层政研会根植于基层,活动于基层,在研究上更应讲求实效。
The vitality of the political research conference lies in the study. Without studying it, the existence value is lost. The same applies to the grass-roots political conference. Grass-roots political research will be rooted in the grass-roots level, activities at the grass-roots level, in the study should stress practical results.
