中职教育作为我国教育事业当中的重要组成部分,对我国全面素质教育事业的发展具有非常重要的影响,也具有向社会输送技能型人才的重要作用。但是目前我国中职教育普遍具有教学模式的统一化、同一化的弊端,忽视了中职教育自身的存在特点和中职学生的学习特点,以及不同学生之间的成绩差异、特长差异、性格差异和爱好差异,形成了我国中职学院教育水平整体较低的现状。
