如何按照社会主义市场经济的要求,改革财税体制,加强宏观调控,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。对此,中国财政学会中青年财政理论研究会和《财政研究》编辑部于1993年9月9日在北京联合召开“深化财税改革,加强宏观调控”座谈会。参加会议的有国务院有关部委、高等院校、科研机构的中青年学者共20余人。与会代表就当前的宏观调控走势、近期如何深化财税改革、加强宏观调控,财政职能如何转换等问题发表了意见。现将发言摘要如下。
How to reform the fiscal and taxation system and strengthen macro-control in accordance with the requirements of the socialist market economy is a major issue before us. In response, the China Institute of Finance Young and Middle-Aged Financial Research Association and the “Financial Research” Editorial Department in September 9, 1993 jointly held in Beijing “deepen fiscal reform, strengthen macro-control ” forum. More than 20 young and middle-aged scholars attended by the relevant ministries, universities and research institutions under the State Council attended the conference. The delegates delivered opinions on the current macroeconomic regulation and control and how to deepen the reform of finance and tax in the near future, strengthen macroeconomic regulation and control and how the financial functions should be transformed.
