为研究酒精与水混合蒸气在气-液型板式换热器里的Marangoni凝结对其传热和压降的影响,搭建了实验平台,并利用MCGS设计了数据采集监测系统。在70、90 k Pa压力下对气相酒精质量浓度为0、1%、10%及50%的混合蒸气进行了一系列实验,对采集得到的数据进行处理并计算出气侧传热系数和压降,利用Origin Pro 8软件绘出了传热压降特性图,并对实验结果进行了比较。实验结果显示混合蒸气浓度为1%时的传热系数比纯水蒸气的传热系数增加约7%左右,而随着浓度增大传热系数减小。
In order to study the influence of Marangoni condensation of alcohol and water mixed vapor in gas-liquid plate heat exchanger on its heat transfer and pressure drop, an experimental platform was set up and a data acquisition and monitoring system was designed by using MCGS. A series of experiments were carried out on mixed vapors with mass concentrations of 0,1%, 10% and 50% at 70 and 90 kPa pressure. The acquired data were processed and the heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop , Using the Origin Pro 8 software to draw heat transfer pressure drop characteristics, and the experimental results were compared. The experimental results show that the heat transfer coefficient of 1% steam is about 7% higher than that of pure water vapor, while the heat transfer coefficient decreases as the concentration increases.
