中职学生综合素质的培养,没有现成的规律可循,有待于班主任及任课老师在工作中不断探讨、摸索,以寻找出更适合学生成长的新的工作方法、工作思路。笔者近几年一直在做班主任工作,和同学们愉快地度过了几年的中职生活。几年来,在培养学生的综合素质方面作了广泛思考,并做了许多具体的尝试,取得了一些成效。现从以下几个方面谈谈如何培养学生的综合素质。
The cultivation of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students, there is no ready-made rules to follow, to be in the class teacher and teacher in the work of continuous exploration, exploration, in order to find more suitable for the growth of students new working methods, work ideas. In recent years, I have been doing class teacher work, and students happily spent a few years of working life. Over the past few years, we have made extensive consideration in fostering the overall quality of students and have done many concrete attempts and achieved some results.
