随着社会主义市场经济的发展,建设服务型的政府已成为当前各级政府的基本职责,而担负繁荣社会主义群众文化事业的职能机构,群众艺术(文化)馆也同样面临着向公共文化服务的转型。作为群众艺术(文化)馆的干部就要紧跟形势的发展,适应新时期群众文化工作的要求。通过工作实践体会到,作为群众文化工作者在具备较强的专业知识和专业辅导能力的同时,还应具备一定的政治素质和思想修养,方能适应新时期群众文化工作的要求。
