用表面裂纹法进行高强钢37SiMnCrMoV板材在K_2Cr_2O_7、NaNO_2、NaCl等五种水介质中的应力腐蚀开裂试验。试验结果表明,此钢在水介质中具有敏感的应力腐蚀开裂的倾向,例如在K_2Cr_2O_7水溶液中K_1scc值仅为空气中K_1c值之0.29。探讨予防裂开的措施。采用扫描电镜在断口上同时观察到沿晶和韧窝二种类型的断口形态。对此断裂机理进行了讨论。
Stress Cracking of High Strength Steel 37SiMnCrMoV in Five K 2 Cr 2 O 7, NaNO 2 and NaCl Solutions by Surface Cracking. The results show that the steel has a sensitive tendency of stress corrosion cracking in aqueous media. For example, K_1scc in K_2Cr_2O_7 solution is only 0.29 K_1c in air. Discuss measures to prevent cracking open. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the fracture morphology of two types of intergranular and dimple at the same time. The fracture mechanism is discussed.
