金属制品在加工过程中的工序间防锈,是非常重要的。这是因为加工工序复杂,加工周期长,操作人员的手直接接触工件的机会多等许多因素,都会引起金属表面的腐蚀。有时在工序间加工工件上虽已有极轻微的锈蚀,但不易被肉眼发现,而制品轻封存后由于微电池作用,使锈点逐渐扩大,以致在短短期内,促使工件被腐蚀而报废,给国家造成极大的损失。所以要做好金属制件的防锈工作,不但要注意金属制品的封存工作,更要注意工序间的防锈工作。
